"As of 13:00, 51 people were injured," RIA Novosti quotes a message from the regional Department of Emergency Situations.

It is noted that all of them are in hospitals, some have turned to doctors on their own.

Earlier it was reported about 39 victims, of whom 18 are in serious condition.

Investigative Committee began checking on the fact of the incident.
