All burglaries took place around lunchtime.

Two in the Rosenlund area and one in Ljungarum.

All three women have told the police that the burglary took place when they were away from home for a few hours.

They have since been met with chaos when they returned home.

In all three homes, police have conducted crime scene investigations.

According to the police, it is currently unclear whether the thieves took anything with them.

The police would like to receive information from the public that can lead the investigations forward.

The affected women are between 65 and 85 years old.

Theft from cars

The police in Jönköping are also investigating a couple of thefts that have occurred in cars that were parked at the Gyllne Uttern rest area along the E4 at the height of Gränna. Bags, ipads, mobile phones and wallets are said to have been stolen from two cars. According to information to the police, a small dark car was seen leaving the rest area in connection with the thefts.
