Known for his abortion resistance
According to several Republican sources, US President Donald Trump will nominate Amy Coney Barrett as the new HD judge.
Since 2017, she has been a federal judge on the Court of Appeals for the Seventh District of the United States, which includes Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
She is popular in conservative circles and known for her abortion resistance.
Barrett is also a Catholic and popular with the religious right.

Conservative overweight in court
On Saturday night, journalists asked Donald Trump if he had decided who he would nominate.
The president then replied that he had done so.
But he did not want to say more than that Amy Coney Barrett is "outstanding".
If Trump chooses to nominate a Conservative judge, it means that a total of nine judges in the US Supreme Court can gain a Conservative overweight of 6-3.
