"To declare in the Kharkiv region September 26, 2020 the Day of Mourning for those killed in the plane crash of the An-26 aircraft," the Kharkiv regional administration said in a statement.
It is noted that state flags will be lowered throughout the region.
It was recommended that entertainment and sports events be canceled.
Earlier it became known that a criminal case was initiated on the fact of the An-26 plane crash in the Kharkiv region.
