Four wounded with stabbing in Paris, a suspicious package discovered

The location of the drama raised fears of the worst.

A settlement of accounts took place this Friday morning, shortly before noon, near the former premises of Charlie Hebdo, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.

According to preliminary findings, a man seriously injured three individuals with a machete, one of whom is in an emergency.

He is currently on the run in the metro.
