On the 25th, foreign media reported urgently and in detail the apology of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un for the North Korean military's shooting and damage to the Korean people.



Reuters news agency wired that at 2:13 pm, "North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said he was sorry for disappointing South Koreans with an unfortunate incident."



Reuters followed up with Chairman Kim's remarks that this incident should not have occurred, followed by reports of South Korean media reports that "North Korea shot 10 bullets at civil servants killed in accordance with the quarantine regulations."



The news also reported separately from the Blue House that North Korean soldiers burned the floats on which he was riding after the body of a government official disappeared, which is part of the Corona 19 response.



The French AFP news agency also sent an emergency article from Seoul stating that “North Korea apologized for shooting North Korean defectors” around 2:20 pm.



The AFP especially stressed that "Chairman Kim expressed this incident as unpleasant and apologized for disappointing President Moon Jae-in and his fellow South Koreans."



Japanese Kyodo News reported urgently at 2:24 that "the North Korean leader apologized for the death of a South Korean citizen," and the Associated Press reported that the North Korean map at 2:31 apologized for the killing of a South Korean official.



In particular, the AP rated it as "extremely unusual for a North Korean leader to apologize to the South for certain issues."
