First on the ranking list is Sundbyberg, which is closely followed by Mölndal.

The report is based on a number of factors that give an idea of how well equipped the municipalities are in the face of crises.

- It is not so surprising that Mölndal ends up high on the list considering how it is geographically.

It is close to Gothenburg that means that you have access to the large labor market.

It is also the case that Mölndal has attractive housing that makes many people want to settle there, says Mattias Frithiof, head of department.

Tough in tourist municipalities

In general, western Swedish municipalities are high on the list.

Only in eighth place is Western Sweden pushed away.

- I think it is partly about good performance, but it probably also has to do with the fact that other municipalities have had it tougher this year.

Western Sweden, for example, is not as dependent on the tourism industry as other municipalities in the country, says Mattias Frithiof.

Parameters examined in the report include age of the population, school students' merit value, immigration, and the future direction of the business community.
