At the same time, according to a number of experts and pediatric orthopedists, the prolonged stay of a small child in a car cradle or car seat has a negative impact on his development, the deputy noted.
“Difficulties arise for expectant mothers, when the habitual process of finding a parking space develops into a difficult task and exerts an enormous physical and psychological stress on the female body.
In this regard, I ask you to consider the possibility of allocating for large families transporting children under the age of six and for pregnant women using a personal vehicle, parking spaces similar to disabled people in their size characteristics, ”the appeal says.
Earlier, the State Duma offered to provide Russian-made cars to families with a fifth child.
