According to Rinkevich, the Latvian side reached agreements with Lithuania and Estonia on the September 23 sanctions.
"This list includes about 100 people who are associated with violence in Belarus," - quoted by TASS.
It is noted that the list will be announced in the coming days.
Earlier, the former presidential candidate of Belarus Svetlana Tikhanovskaya proposed to the European Parliament a list of Belarusian officials against whom sanctions should be applied.
