The Covid-19 epidemic is on the rise in Canada.

So much so that the country's chief medical officer has warned the population that the current increase in cases could lead to a second wave worse than that of last spring.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has gone to great lengths to try to turn the situation around by speaking in the media on the very day his government announced its directions during a new parliamentary session.
