This is how Vingåker shortens working hours without costing more

Some of the social secretaries in Vingåker have already had to try to shorten working hours.

And the project turned out so well that the municipality now wants more people to try to work fewer hours a week.

The concept means that the employees receive the same salary as before, but that they work fewer hours does not cost more for the municipality.
