Five years ago, 31,000 people in the country had serious gambling problems.
Three years later, in 2018, the number had increased to 45,000 people, according to statistics from the Swedish Public Health Agency.
- These are online casinos, says Peter Hedström.
Figures from the Helpline also show that close to 55 percent of those who sought help have played at online casinos.
