The AFC announced, in a statement on its official website, the cancellation of all matches of Al Hilal Saudi Club in the AFC Champions League this season, and that its results will not be calculated in accordance with Article 6 of the tournament regulation.

Al-Hilal said in a statement on his Twitter account that the match observer decided to cancel the confrontation, as Al-Hilal players did not warm up in the match stadium after his main and reserve list included three goalkeepers and only eight players due to the Corona virus, which struck the ranks of the team participating in the group stage in Doha.

The AFC said in a statement on its website, "Al Hilal Saudi Club failed to present the required list of 13 players in order to play the match in Group Two in the AFC Champions League for the West against UAE youth Al-Ahly Dubai .. and thus it was considered withdrawn from the tournament."
