September 23, 2020 The Senate makes a definitive release to the Covid decree, already approved by the House. The yes to the trust placed by the government was 143, the no 120. Nobody abstained.

The measure extends the state of emergency declared on January 31 to combat the spread of the coronavirus until October 15.

The decree was passed at the end of July to extend the urgent measures related to the "declaration of epidemiological emergency from Covid-19 approved on January 31, 2020" and also contains rules on the "renewal of the management positions of the organs of the security information system of the Republic ". The provision expired on September 28th.
