The message says that the exercises are being held in accordance with the instructions of the President of Russia and the decision of the right committee from 22 to 23 September.
As part of the activities, the subdivisions of the Unified State System for Prevention and Response to Emergency Situations from 85 constituent entities of Russia will take part "in a comprehensive command and staff exercise on the elimination of the consequences of oil and oil products spills."
It is noted that the training takes place under the personal supervision of the head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry Evgeny Zinichev.
Earlier, the units of Primorsky heating networks took part in the command-staff exercises aimed at practicing emergency response.
