 The most prominent new offenses include a fine for the employer's failure to pay the cost of health services or medical intervention in emergency cases for the persons assigned to participate in health insurance in the event that he does not involve them, and the fine is one thousand dirhams for each case, and the fine for allowing others to use the insurance policy of 5 thousand dirhams for each Case, in addition to a fine for failure of the insurance company or claims management company to pay the value of the health services due or delay in paying them on the date specified in the contract concluded between any of them and the health care provider, and the fine amounts to 20 thousand dirhams for each case.
