12-year-old girl beaten with compass by her classmate

A 12-year-old girl who was abused by a classmate recently filed a complaint against him.

Accompanied by her parents, the schoolgirl filed a complaint in mid-September against the boy, aged 13.

The facts occurred at the Pablo Picasso college in Harfleur (Seine-Maritime), near Le Havre.

According to her testimony, the young girl was beaten by her classmate.

The latter would have regularly hit him behind the head and even planted a compass in his thigh on several occasions, reports

Summoned by the police and taken into custody, the young suspect admitted the facts.

He simply explained that he was bored in class.

Since the complaint of his neighbor of course, other victims have been identified.

The 13-year-old boy will soon be tried in a juvenile court for "willful violence".

He has already been expelled from the college and should soon go to a disciplinary council for his actions.
