A 12-year-old girl who was abused by a classmate recently filed a complaint against him.
Accompanied by her parents, the schoolgirl filed a complaint in mid-September against the boy, aged 13.
The facts occurred at the Pablo Picasso college in Harfleur (Seine-Maritime), near Le Havre.
According to her testimony, the young girl was beaten by her classmate.
