“The second stage will take place from 22 to 25 September in the form of an operational-tactical exercise.

The main focus of the practical actions of the troops is the conduct of joint actions in the interests of ensuring the military security of the state, ”the message says.

The exercises will be attended by units of the Western Operational Command of the Armed Forces of Belarus and two formations of the Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Earlier, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko called for continuing to conduct exercises with Russia on the territory of Belarus, as well as "think about the second stage of the exercises and other exercises."
