Rep. Park Deok-heum denied all of the suspicions surrounding him, including the suspicion of receiving orders for construction of an audited organization worth hundreds of billions of won, saying that he was a "popular and political attack."

However, Congressman Park expressed his position that he would sincerely respond to the investigation of the'emergency investigation special commission' of the power of the people.

Rep. Park held a press conference today (21st) at the National Assembly and pointed out that the construction of family-owned construction companies has increased since the assignment of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the appointment of a secretary, he said, "If it is true, the ruling party is self-confident of the collapse of the Korean bidding system." .

Rep. Park said, “In 2015, a related company won over 40 billion won for construction orders from Seoul City due to the abuse of Congressman Park’s ex officio,” and said, “At the time, Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon of the Democratic Party "The people will know better that you are not the mayor who will blind or direct illegality for the company," he dismissed.

Rep. Park added, "If that suspicion is true, then Democratic Party Rep. Chun Joon-ho, who was the head of the mayor's secretary at the time, and later Rep. Jin Seong-joon, who served as the vice mayor of Seoul's government, will not be free from responsibility."

Rep. Park, while serving as the chairman of the professional construction association's operating committee, was accused of inflicting 85.5 billion won in damages to the association by intervening in the golf course construction project. He said he would sue the accuser of innocence, saying, "The business was entrusted to the executive body, the chairman."

In addition, Congressman Park insisted that his activities of the National Territory Commission did not constitute a conflict of interest because he legally held all stocks of related companies in 2014.

In addition, before and after the election of the National Assembly member, he asked, "If we received preferential treatment, it would not be true if we received more orders," saying, "If we received preferential treatment, the orders of five companies reported in the media, including the'brother's company,' as well as the company he was trusted in, had declined."
