The media affiliated with the authority in Egypt could not ignore the demonstrations that took place yesterday in some areas, but it was noticeable that they dealt with them in a similar manner, reaching a level of congruence, according to which a limited demonstration took place, but the “opposition” media deliberately exaggerated it.

To this end, the evening programs on the official satellite channels and those close to the regime of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi ignored many of the videos that were covered by the communication sites of the protests that took place in some areas of Cairo and the regions, but focused on mistakes that the opposition channels abroad recognized, which were the hasty transfer from sites Social communication, which led to the repetition of the same scenes with the names of different regions.

The announcers repeated the phrase that had there been protests, they would not have been hidden, and that the media would never be able to ignore them in this era, even though the broadcasters themselves had previously ignored the events of the January 2011 revolution, and the official satellite cameras at the time focused on scenes of the quiet Nile Corniche while it was Hundreds of thousands of protesters are gathering squares.

The local satellite channels ignored videos recording scenes of violent protest in the southern governorate of Aswan, as well as clashes that took place in Al-Basateen area, east of Cairo, and another in Saqr Quraish near Maadi, south of Cairo, in which protesters were seen chasing a police armored vehicle and throwing stones at it while fleeing.

It also ignored the burning of a police car in the Kadaya area, south of Giza, and the throwing of an armored car with stones, and it did not give any word about the clashes that took place in Alexandria to the north between citizens and security forces.

In the official media, the broadcaster appeared on Channel One, Wael Al-Ibrashi, describing the protests as bubbles, ending to nothing every time, as expected, according to his expression, admitting that he devoted the episodes of the three days prior to yesterday, the 20th of September, to try to abort the call to demonstrate Then, starting yesterday, he returned to follow up on other issues.

Al-Ibrashi said that behind the "failure" of the call to demonstrate, there is a lack of popular ground for the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, adding that Egyptians are ready to bear the bill for economic reform and not sacrifice it, stressing that the demonstrations cannot be hidden, he said.

As for Amr Adib, he admitted on his program, on one of the satellite channels funded by Saudi Arabia, the existence of demonstrations, which he described as limited and few in number, and in one place, and said that the participants in them were young, and focused on scenes of limited numbers in Atfih in Giza.

Adeeb said that the revolution cannot be hidden, and he used scenes of protest in France and the United States, to confirm that demonstrations exist everywhere, ignoring the security forces closing squares and streets in the faces of the demonstrators, and carrying out mass arrests of opponents in anticipation of every call to protest.

As for the broadcaster close to the security services, Ahmed Moussa, completely ignoring the protests and launching what he called the tag # Night_fade_the traitors, stressing that he wandered around Tahrir Square and areas in Cairo and did not find any demonstrations, what he considered a failure of the calls.

But with the recurring of recorded scenes of protests, Moussa returned to say that the videos are old, and he accused Egyptian satellite channels abroad of sectioning and cutting the scenes to show the presence of demonstrations in a number of areas, and in fact it is one area, which is a village in Giza, according to his description.

Moussa justified the clashes between Atfih in Giza between the people and the police, which resulted in the overturning and burning of a police car and the assault on an armored vehicle, as having nothing to do with calling for protest, describing what was broadcast by the opposition channels as fraud and misleading.

As for the other broadcaster, who is close to the security services, Muhammad al-Baz, he completely denied the existence of any demonstrations of protest against the Sisi regime, and chose to launch an attack on Al-Jazeera, describing its reports as unprofessional and intentional, he said.

Followers of the Egyptian media used to mock their unified contents, because of the evidence that confirms that there are officers in the security services dictating to the broadcasters the night message to be conveyed to the public, as it is impossible for its contents to match to this degree every night and that the matter is merely a thought among the broadcasters, according to observers. .

The Egyptians do not forget what happened from one of the announcers on the power channels when she concluded the news that she read about the death of the late President Mohamed Morsi with the phrase "It was sent from a Samsung device," which means that the message sent and received it from a Samsung device, in what appears to be the mobile phone from which the officer sends his message Whatsapp groups are now popular among journalists and TV programmers.

Previous leaks revealed conversations between a Military Intelligence officer named Ashraf El-Khouli and broadcasters, political analysts and writers who dictate to them what is required to say on various issues.

It also revealed conversations between a security official at Media Production City and the officer, Ashraf El-Khouli, in which they define the controls for the required media discourse, and cooperate to solve the problems of one of the channels with broadcasters.

Communication sites respond

Opposition activists responded to the media of the Sisi regime through a campaign on the media sites criticizing the symbols of this media, led by Ahmed Moussa and Amr Adib, and demanding the storming of the Media Production City (the headquarters of most Egyptian channels), stressing that any upcoming Egyptian revolution must take revenge from these.

This coincided with Muhammad Ali’s call to demonstrate again tonight to continue the pressure on the Sisi regime.

You have the magicians and priests of Pharaoh, for they are those who drugged the people, exploited them, and adorned them with vile deeds
