Sharjah Police caught a patient with Corona who violated the health isolation decision

The Sharjah Police General Command seized a person who violated the sanitary isolation decision despite his prior knowledge of his infection with the new Corona virus, Covid 19, and he was put back in isolation again, tightening control over him, and taking the necessary legal measures against him in line with the preventive and precautionary measures applied by the state to limit the spread of the Corona virus, Covid 19, And to ensure the safety and security of community members.

According to the Director General of Central Operations of Sharjah Police and Chairman of the Executive Committee for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management in the emirate, Brigadier Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al-Naour, a person infected with Covid-19 virus has been caught, after violating the regulations and laws that oblige the person infected with this virus to remain isolated from his family and society and not to be in contact with them so as not to It endangers their lives.

He indicated that the injured person was sent back to health isolation again with tightening control over him, and the necessary measures were taken against him, according to the decision issued by the Attorney General of the United Arab Emirates No. 38 of 2020 regarding the application of the regulation for controlling violations and administrative penalties issued by Cabinet Resolution No. 17 of the year 2020, regarding the regulation of controlling violations, precautionary measures, instructions and duties imposed to limit the spread of the emerging corona virus.

Anyone who violates home quarantine instructions, according to the home quarantine guide, re-examination according to health procedures, or failure to implement them, will be punished with a fine of 50,000 dirhams.

Brigadier General Naour stressed that the safety and protection of community members is a top priority, pointing out that violations that threaten the safety of individuals will not be tolerated. Every person violating the laws related to this matter is dealt with firmly.

 Brigadier General Naour revealed the great efforts made by the competent field work teams during the period from 1-15 this current September to preserve the safety and health of community members, protect them from the spread of the virus and address its negative effects.

 And he indicated that "2437" people were caught violating the precautionary measures applied to limit the spread of the virus, and "2486" violations were applied against them, amounting to a total of "26" types of violations, the most prominent of which are violations of not wearing masks, and not leaving spacing distances when going to closed public places. Or, shopping centers and public transport, and violations of passengers exceeding the permissible number of more than three people.

Brigadier General Naour added that among the violations that were caught not taking into account the spacing distances in private transportation, which two or more people take, and not wearing masks by those with chronic diseases in closed places, as well as not wearing them also by healthy people when walking around or disembarking in places. The open public with a high density and crowded, expressing his appreciation for all the efforts made and those in charge.

Brigadier General Naour called on community members the importance of cooperating with the competent authorities in their tasks aimed at curbing the spread of this epidemic, by promptly reporting any violations in the application of the precautionary measures and measures taken by the state in this regard, wishing that everyone would enjoy health and safety.
