Ruby bis trial, the Cassation confirms the convictions for Emilio Fede and Nicole Minetti

18 September 2020Emilio Fede, the former director of Tg4 in April last year definitively sentenced to 4 years and 7 months for the Ruby bis case, this morning obtained a probationary assignment to social services.
The supervisory court of Milan ordered this.
The period of home detention ends for him and from today he will be able to leave the house for the whole day, from 6.30 to 22 and if he wants to go outside Lombardy, for example to Naples to his wife, he will have to apply for authorization.
The provision that grants the almost 90-year-old journalist probation to expiate less than 4 years, and which had the favorable opinion of the substitute pg Antonio Lamanna, arrived this morning and is signed by the judge Gaetano la Rocca.
