After a DNA meeting, a man in Blekinge has been requested to be detained as a suspect in a rape at the Bråvalla Festival which was arranged outside Norrköping in 2013. The crime is said to have been committed on the first day of the festival.
Connections to car fire
The police became interested in the man, who is in his 40s, after he is suspected of having a connection to a car fire in Ronneby.
When he DNA top set by the police, suspicions were raised about involvement in the rape seven years ago, reports P4 Blekinge and Blekinge Läns Tidning.
The arrest hearing will be held in Norrköping District Court.
