This was reported by Ukrinform with reference to the press service of the Kiev District Administrative Court.
"The claims indicate - to recognize the illegal inaction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the failure to make official statements (notes of protest) regarding the interference by certain US officials and the United States embassy in the internal affairs of Ukraine, state sovereignty and the activities of state authorities," the statement says.
At the same time, the deputy asks to oblige the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, within five days from the date of entry into force of the court decision, to submit an official statement on the inadmissibility of such interference in this case.
It is noted that at the moment the court is deciding the issue of opening proceedings in this administrative case.
Earlier, Derkach has repeatedly published audio recordings of alleged conversations between the Ukrainian ex-President Petro Poroshenko and the former US Vice President Joe Biden, where discussions concerning the domestic policy of Ukraine were recorded.
