And above all it is necessary to launch health policies capable of protecting all citizens of the European Union, both to face the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic and to define new protocols to be activated in each EU country in the event of future health emergencies. and to manage critical issues and daily life.

The pandemic has deeply tested our territory and our citizens, but it has not undermined the values ​​on which our communities are founded.

It is those values ​​that push us today to propose and support Milan and Bergamo with determination to host the G20 Health.

A summit that has a profound symbolic meaning for us and an opportunity that we are sure our cities will be able to honor at best.
