Lyon striker Eugénie Le Sommer was established as captain of the France team against Serbia on Friday (9 p.m.) in Subotica for the resumption of qualifying for the Women's Euro, according to the composition unveiled by UEFA.

In the event of a goal, the 31-year-old will become co-top scorer in the history of the Bleues, tied with Marinette Pichon, who has held the maximum score of 81 goals since 2006.

For the recovery after six months of hiatus, coach Corinne Deacon is deprived of six usual executives: central defenders Wendie Renard (thigh), Griedge Mbock (Achilles tendon), Aïssatou Tounkara (knee), midfielders Amandine Henry (calf) and Grace Geyoro (tibia), and goalkeeper Sarah Bouhaddi, on "break" with the selection.

Pauline Peyraud-Magnin, the goalkeeper of Atlético Madrid, replaces the Lyonnaise as expected.

In front of her in central defense, Deacon has lined up an unprecedented pair composed of Elisa de Almeida (Montpellier) and Estelle Cascarino (Bordeaux), twin of Delphine who is aligned in attack.

The offensive positions will be completed by Parisians Marie-Antoinette Katoto and Kadidiatou Diani, as well as by Lyonnaise Amel Majri, who scored a hat-trick in the first leg (6-0).

Composition of teams:

Serbia: Kostic - Orsoja, Slovic (cap.), Damjanovic, Frajtovic - Blagosevic, Pavlovic - Poljak, Cankovic, Filipovic - Mijatovic

France: Peyraud-Magnin - Torrent, De Almeida, E. Cascarino, Karchaoui - Katoto, Bilbault, Le Sommer (cap.) - D. Cascarino, Diani, Majri
