The man who was kidnapped has described how the assault started even before he was torn into a car in Borlänge, at the end of April.

In the car, he was beaten bloody and threatened with a loaded pistol.

After a failed escape attempt, he was blindfolded and driven out into the woods where the beating continued.

Knives cut in the feet

After that, he was taken to an apartment in Smedjebacken where the three men taped him to a chair.

In the chair he got a burning cloth in his lap and a knife cut in his feet.

The torture-like assault came to an end only when the three men learned that the police had been alerted by witnesses to the kidnapping.

Bragged about the beating in front of friends

During questioning, the three men have been silent, but the prosecutor's demands were supported by, among other things, films about the victim that were taken by the accused and sent to friends via social media.

The two who the crime victim describes as the most driving force in the assault are sentenced to prison for seven years and four years and six months, respectively.

The third is sentenced to three years and six months in prison.

All three have consistently denied most of the allegations.
