Investigative Committee called arson as the cause of fire in a private clinic in Krasnoyarsk

“It has been established that arson was the cause of the fire,” the UK said.

It is noted that the investigators seized video from internal surveillance cameras, which shows that one of the patients set fire to interior items, after which the fire quickly spread through the ward. 

“There is no arsonist among those killed in the fire.

Currently, a person involved in the commission of the crime is being identified, ”the UK said.

A criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Article 105 (murder of two or more persons in a generally dangerous way).

According to the IC, the 45-year-old director of the clinic was detained.

Earlier it became known that as a result of the emergency six people were injured, four of them died.
