The man is suspected of having subjected the child to several aggravated rapes and aggravated sexual abuse in his hometown.
The man was arrested on Tuesday and during Thursday's arrest negotiations, the man admitted that he had committed sexual abuse against the child, but he did not consider them to be considered as serious abuse or as rape.
Prosecutor Linda Caneus hopes to prosecute in two weeks.
