The injured teenager was found adjacent to a residential building and the place where he was found and an apartment in the house have been cordoned off for technical investigation.
The teenager was taken to hospital with what the police describe as serious injuries.
The police, who are initially silent about the incident, received the alarm at 6.30 pm on Tuesday evening.
