At the Cabinet Secretariat on the 16th, the Liberal Democratic Party's Governor Suga decided to appoint the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as a member of the House of Councilors and former Deputy Secretary of State Kotaro Nogami of the Hosoda faction.
Mr. Nogami is the first to enter the cabinet.
