Moving from solving the Palestinian issue on the basis of two states to one on the basis of one state is not easy.

But at the same time, it is not far-fetched, and it promises many great opportunities, which will achieve what the two-state solution failed in a shorter time and at a much lower price than the Palestinian and Jewish parties offered on the basis of the two-state solution.

Determining the size of these opportunities - Palestinian, Arab, Jewish and international - clearly explains the reasons for the Western and Zionist insistence on the two-state solution, and it remains very surprising for the Palestinian leadership to ignore these opportunities and to continue the two-state solution.

The following is a presentation of the most prominent of these opportunities:

Determining the size of the opportunities offered by the one-state solution - Palestinians, Jews, Arabs and internationally - clarifies beyond any doubt the reasons for the Western and Zionist insistence on the two-state solution, and it remains very surprising for the Palestinian leadership to ignore these opportunities and continue the two-state solution.

First: Palestinian

  •  Strengthening the negotiating position with the Zionist entity, equal to an item, and ending the humiliating inferiority situation that governs the current negotiation process.

  • Creating a state for the Palestinians that does not need partition, is not subject to political blackmail, or security violations day and night, or regional or international quirks and intrigues.

  • Full reconciliation with the Jewish people, and an end to the state of historical hostility that has spanned more than 100 years, which the two-state solution cannot end in any way.

  • Putting an end to the loss of the political balance that the Palestinian Authority has experienced for a quarter of a century;

    Because of the implications of the Oslo agreement.

  • Getting rid of all the mummified international decisions invoked by the Palestinian leadership in vain, and moving them around in regional and international forums without any success.

  • Creating a national political program for the Palestinian forces, which for decades have been unable to formulate, agree, and comply with it.

  • The end of the catastrophic division between the political forces, and everyone’s preoccupation with a stable political process on new foundations that ensure everyone’s participation in it and competition governed by law and the constitution, away from the forms of exploitation rejected under partisan claims that have long offended the Palestinian people and their cause.

  • Stopping the suffering of more than 13 million Palestinians inside and outside Palestine, who have suffered continuous suffering for 100 years, in which they have experienced the bitterness of asylum, displacement, killing, displacement, destruction, dispersion, exclusion, deprivation, ostracization, arrest, torture, and other types of bitter harvest that we have presented in the articles of the bitter harvest that results from a solution The two states.

  • The voluntary return of refugees and displaced persons, compensation for years of persecution, deprivation, and distance from family and land, and to get rid of a social life full of torments, tears, anxiety, stalking, arrest, distress, and waiting in the lines of international aid and the adventures of migration towards the West.

  • Lifting the siege and restrictions imposed on the movement of Palestinians from inside to outside and from outside to inside, and free opening up to the world regionally and internationally.

  • Engaging in real development based on political, military and security stability, launching the wheel of production in all fields, finding solutions to unemployment crises that have reached more than 30%, unemployment that has had severe psychological effects on thousands of university graduates of all disciplines, who are lying in queues waiting for a job Without any hope.

  •  Solve the problem of Jerusalem and the Holy Places and the ongoing arbitrary measures that are subject to it, and restore the stolen rights to their owners.

  •  Restore normal life for the Palestinians, which they lost 100 years ago, and carried with them dreams of returning in the alleys of displacement, diaspora and exile for decades, generation after generation.

Second: a Jew

  • End the state of hostility with the Palestinian people, and live in security and peace without any discomfort or anxiety due to repeated acts of resistance against recruits or civilians.

  • Getting rid of the persecution complex that afflicted the Palestinian people at the hands of the Zionist entity forces before and after the declaration of the state. This knot continues to show the state of the Zionist entity as a terrorist fascist state before the international community.

  • Getting rid of the racist perceptions of the Jewish state that the extreme Zionist right is trying to impose on the Jewish people.

  • Blood injection, stopping the state of mobilization and mobilization, and getting rid of the state of emergency and alert that the Jewish people live;

    Because of the continuing historical hostility with the Arab peoples because of the Palestinian cause.

  • End the state of illegal settlement in the Palestinian lands, and the distortion it causes in the image of the Jew in the world.

  • Getting rid of the two-state solution, which will keep a state of hostility between the Jewish people on the one hand, and the Palestinian and Arab people on the other hand.

  • Full normalization with the Arab and Islamic countries and their peoples without the need for fragile bilateral peace agreements concluded by leaders, and do not express the position of their peoples and their aspirations.

  • Full belonging to the Arab region and participating in its agreements, plans and projects in all fields without suspicion or concern.

  • Coexistence with the Palestinian people in a single national state based on the constitution and law, and integration with them in promoting internal and external stability, and developing investment opportunities in various fields.

  • Getting rid of the problem of holy sites, managing and supervising them, and the consequent obstacles to the movement of tourists and visitors - especially from Arab and Islamic countries - and the great economic movement this will achieve for the new state.

Third: Arabic

  • Getting rid of the Palestinian issue, which has long haunted the Arab countries, afflicted their forums, and burdened them militarily, politically, economically and socially for more than 70 years.

  • Getting rid of the problem of Palestinian refugees and displaced persons, which the Arab countries have so far impeded to find a generous solution, confirms the sincerity of the Arab countries ’standing with them.

  • End the Arab-Israeli conflict forever, and enter into full peace with the Jewish people, as subjects of a normal regional state with full relations with the Arab countries.

  • Getting rid of the Zionist military threat based on American and Western-backed qualitative superiority.

  • Getting rid of the nuclear weapons arsenal that the Zionist state possesses and as a gift to the Arab region, and the resulting regional nuclear arms race.

  • Getting rid of the regional Zionist project and its military, security, economic and technological hegemony.

  • Getting rid of the dialectic of normalization with the Zionist entity and bilateral peace agreements between the Arab countries and the state of the Zionist entity, and opening the way for Arab countries to establish full relations with the new state in all fields without any accusations of betrayal, labor and defeat ... and other terms that are filled with the media and platforms Arab social communication whenever a meeting or agreement was held with the Zionist entity.

Fourth: Internationally

  • The solution of the Palestinian issue is a final solution without any expected consequences or setbacks imposed by the state of injustice on which the two-state solution is based on the right of the Palestinian people.

  • Turning the page on the Palestinian issue, which is the longest and most complex in the world.

  • Ending the Arab-Israeli conflict, and launching Middle Eastern development projects, for which plans and agreements have long been drawn up.

  • Getting rid of the American monopoly on the Palestinian issue, and the resulting decisions, legislations, and measures in violation of international legitimacy resolutions.

  • Reducing military spending in the Middle East region in favor of development and investment.

  • Getting rid of the nuclear arsenal of the Zionist entity, in order to consolidate regional peace.

  • Ending the situation of the Palestinian refugees, and the annual funding they need;

    To meet their relief needs in the environmental, health and educational fields.

  • Getting rid of the permanent embarrassment in which the United States and the major Western countries fall into full alignment with the Zionist entity.

  • Getting rid of the racist Jewish state model that the Zionist right seeks to establish on Palestinian land, and the threat that this poses to the stability of the region, and the increase of Palestinian resistance activities.

  • Contribute to building a stable model state based on ethnic coexistence in a single developed country ruled by law and order, similar to other similar countries in the world.

These are the most prominent opportunities offered by the one-state solution, unlike the two-state solution, which establishes the continuation of the conflict for decades to come. Nevertheless, the road to achieving these opportunities is not paved with roses, and many challenges and obstacles stand against it, which we will discuss in the next article, God willing.
