Yesterday (14th) in the Liberal Democratic Party's election, Minister Suga received overwhelming support of 70%, receiving 288 votes from parliamentary votes and 89 votes from regional votes out of a total of 535 votes.

The new governor of Suga today is the chief executive officer and other key personnel in the party.

At the extraordinary parliament to be held tomorrow, he will become Japan's new prime minister, and he will also announce a small number of cabinet members, including his successor, the new secretary.

Governor Suga is in a position that he will focus on issues such as corona response and economic regeneration while maintaining the policy stance of the Abe administration for the year he inherited from Prime Minister Abe.

[Ha Jong-moon/Hanshin University Professor of Japanese Studies: If cashing proceeds in detail, (Japan) will eventually go to strengthen the pressure on the Korean side, but there is no possibility to release it…

Therefore, experts suggest that Korea needs to actively seek high-level dialogue, such as the summit, with the Korea-China-Japan summit.
