Immune App downloaded by 12% of smartphone owners
App Immuni, the minister Pisano aims at widespread dissemination in schools

September 14, 2020 The Immuni application, for contact tracing in an anti-Covid function, has been downloaded to date by 5.9 million people, 15% of the 'target' population, that is over 14 years old and in possession of a smartphone. According to reports, there has been an acceleration of downloads in recent days. Over the weekend alone, 270,000 people downloaded it.
There are 221 people who have Immune and then tested positive, unlocking notifications, alerts, for 3,080 subjects, of which about 1,200 in the first ten days of September. Notification data has been recorded since July 13, while the Immuni application is available on online stores since early June.
