One year after the creation of the “Suqqali Sopi” movement, the disappointed with the PDS are shifting into high gear.

At the head of the new Liberal and Democrats party / And Suqali: Oumar Sarr, former right-hand man of Abdoulaye Wade.

At his side, Master Amadou Sall and Babacar Gaye, also former tenors of the Senegalese Democratic Party, breaking with the official line against the place given to Karim Wade, son of the former president, in exile in Qatar.

In the line of sight: local elections - expected in principle before March 2021.

Who wants to realize the United States of Africa, with other parties like the MPS.

Our ambition is to build a great national party.

Our goal is to at least be among the first two parties in Senegal.

The organization of a first party congress was complicated by the health situation.

A press conference is announced in the coming days, to specify the program.
