At the microphone of Europe 1, Kheops Lara, lawyer of Eric Drouet, finally released by the Paris Court of Appeal after being convicted of having organized two demonstrations of yellow vests in Paris, hails a "very strong symbol" for the movement.

The "yellow vests" are back in the streets on Saturday.

A series of actions and demonstrations is planned in Paris, despite the ban by the prefect of any gathering on the Champs-Elysées.

Gatherings are also planned in other large cities in France.

With, perhaps, one of the figures of the movement: Eric Drouet, who has just been released by the Paris Court of Appeal - he was sentenced at first instance to a 2,000 euros fine, accused of having organized two banned demonstrations in the capital.

"There is no leader, there are figures"

"It is justice for Eric Drouet, but also for all the yellow vests who demonstrate peacefully", reacts at the microphone of Europe 1 his lawyer, Me Kheops Lara.

“In terms of the symbol, it's still very strong. They understood what we said from the beginning in a simple and demonstrated way: among yellow vests, there is no leader, there are figures . (...) Obviously the court heard it and I am very happy. "

"We are facing someone who has not committed an act of violence, it was really because he had made Facebook posts and had demonstrated peacefully," said the council.

Will his client parade on Saturday?

"I will tell you that he is thinking about it very seriously," he says.

"It can be useful for the yellow vests. It's a very beautiful image: the right is also on the side of the yellow vests."
