The Ministry of Defense proposed to remove combat poisons from the list of prohibited

The department explained that all stocks of chemical weapons stored in Russia have been destroyed, and it is forbidden to produce or develop new ones.

In this regard, "chemical warfare agents should be excluded from the list," says the explanatory note.

At the same time, it is proposed to add spare parts and components to the means of protection against chemical weapons in the list.

According to the authors of the document, the absence of such a prohibition "allows the acquisition of these funds for the purpose of sabotage and terrorist acts using toxic chemicals."
