  14. For direct flights from Japan to China, do I need to upload a test certificate or apply for a "Statement of Health Status" in the health code applet?

  Note: Due to the large number of Chinese citizens in Japan, in order to avoid interfering with our consulate’s review of the transit personnel certification, please do not upload test certificates or "health declarations" for those who fly directly from Japan to China.

  15. After returning from Japan via a third country, what should I do after I get a nucleic acid test certificate?

  Chinese citizens obtain the test certificate and upload the certificate through the health code applet within 12 hours, and obtain the HS code after the embassy or consulate has passed the verification, and use this code to board the plane.

  18. Departing from a third country and returning to the country via Japan, which library should the nucleic acid test certificate be submitted for review?

  After the nucleic acid test is done at the place of origin, it shall be submitted to the corresponding Chinese embassy or consulate in the place of origin for review according to the jurisdiction of the testing agency.

Chinese citizens board the flight with HS code and foreign citizens with the "Declaration of Health Status" approved by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
