Lebanese activists launched a mock campaign by French President Emmanuel Macron, via Twitter, after the new fire that broke out, today, Thursday, in the port of Beirut.

Although the new fire caused a state of panic among the residents of the areas surrounding the port, the Lebanese decided to link the incident to President Macron's visits to Beirut.

Humorous pictures of French President Macron spread on social media, which showed that "Macron is coming to Lebanon after the new fire to provide assistance."

Activists attached to the photo of the French President, the comment, "Your patience, Ayoub ... Go ahead."

And a picture showed President Macron running, with the caption: "Macron is going to run to the airport after seeing the Beirut port fire, to take the first plane landing in Lebanon."

Today, Thursday, a new fire broke out in the port of Beirut, sending a huge column of black smoke into the sky of the Lebanese capital, more than a month after a massive explosion destroyed the port facilities and the surrounding area.
