Portland mayor bans use of tear gas against crowds

He clarified that it is prohibited to use gas for “crowd control”.

Earlier, in the American city of Rochester, protesters clashed with the police during a protest against racism.

Also in Portland, US, protesters used Molotov cocktails against police.
