As the diplomats noted, the Russian side is persistently seeking from Berlin to provide data from Navalny's medical examination, including the results of biochemical studies.

“Despite all our appeals, Berlin did not find it possible to respond promptly and constructively to them,” the message says.

As emphasized, the lack of such information does not allow the Russian law enforcement agencies to use all the necessary procedural mechanisms to establish the circumstances of the incident.

"At the same time, the whipping up of hysteria around this case is only growing," the department added.

The Foreign Ministry recalled the proposal of Russian doctors to establish a "close dialogue with German colleagues" to discuss the data available in Russia and Germany on Navalny's condition.

“Unfortunately, the German side is hindering this process,” the statement said.

In addition, according to diplomats, groundless attacks on Russia continue in parallel.

"The unfolded massive disinformation campaign clearly indicates that its initiators see the main task not in taking care of A. Navalny's health and finding out the true reasons for his hospitalization, but in mobilizing sanctions sentiments," the Russian Foreign Ministry concluded.

Earlier, the foreign ministers of the G7 countries in a joint statement called on Russia to clarify who is responsible for the situation with Navalny, as well as to bring those responsible to justice.

As noted by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, Berlin is "bluffing" in the situation with Navalny.

She stated that Moscow expects the FRG to provide all available data.
