Now the wild boars are eaten as the hunters donated

To protect the crops in the fields in Sörmland, protection hunting of wild boar was carried out under the name Wild Boar Night.

300 hunters signed up and about 4,000 portions of wild boar meat was the result.

- Wild boar meat is not common in nursing homes.

I do not think it has been served before, maybe once, says Anna-Kari Olsson, kitchen manager at Munktellstaden's kitchen.
