His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, directed the Dubai Municipality and the Department of Lands and Properties to issue a unified map of the emirate’s lands.

In the context of enhancing cooperation and integration between the efforts of government agencies, improving services, and increasing customer satisfaction, His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai directed the Dubai Municipality, in cooperation with the Department of Land and Property, to issue a comprehensive and unified map of Dubai lands. It aims to collect comprehensive planning, geographic and spatial data for all lands in the Emirate of Dubai, unify service channels for owners, investors and consultants, which enhances investor confidence, and ensures saving time and effort, while automating all services related to the project, linking services between the competent authorities, and reducing human interference, in addition to Unifying the map extraction fees, which ultimately contributes to improving this government service and enhancing the confidence and happiness of dealers and investors.

The project will be completed during the last quarter of this year, during which a single map will be launched at the level of the Emirate of Dubai, which includes unified data and information, by merging the maps issued by Dubai Municipality, the Department of Land and Property, and other licensing bodies in the emirate.

The unified map is issued directly by the competent authorities, based on a unified information base, and also includes standardization of land numbering, planning standards for the data used in the unified comprehensive map, automating the linkage between the electronic systems of all parties, and unifying the fees for issuing the map.

On the sidelines of the meeting, she reviewed developments related to the plan to reopen private schools and students ’attendance during the 2020-2021 academic year in the emirate, as the measures taken by the government to reopen private schools in Dubai were evaluated to reduce and reduce the risk of infection with the" Covid-19 "virus, In addition to discussing the available education models, after the Knowledge and Human Development Authority approved the proposal of each private school in Dubai, regarding the most appropriate educational model that matches its capabilities and meets the needs of parents for the new academic year, while adhering to the specified procedures, to give the option to parents and students to continue education In a way that suits their needs, to ensure the continuation of the educational process for children.

The authority had approved three main models for receiving students, to help the special teams monitor and evaluate the extent of students and schools' adaptation and response to the procedures followed, including: The distance education system is fully available, which is available to all students, subject to prior coordination with the school.

The school system is also offered full-time.

While the third model is the hybrid education, which combines the two systems of distance education and education in the school, on alternating days.

Currently, all private schools are visited periodically with the start of the school year without stopping, to ensure the mechanism of the procedures and order in them during the coming period, and to take the necessary measures, in the event of any violations.

With the beginning of the reopening of schools, the Knowledge and Human Development Authority worked, in coordination with the schools, to conduct "Covid-19" tests for members of the educational and administrative staff, and school personnel from outsourcing companies.

A joint committee was formed, consisting of representatives from the Health Authority, Dubai Municipality, the Control and Control Center to combat the Coronavirus, and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, with the aim of developing policies, procedures and preventive measures to limit the spread of the virus, with the reopening of schools, and the follow-up of performance indicators, compliance rates, And the effectiveness of the different learning scenarios for each school, to reassure parents, and to ensure maximum safety for their students.
