There are two wolf territories in Sörmland - Ärla- and Sjundareviren.

Now the county administrative board in Sörmland has been able to state that several wolf puppies were born in both territories.

We do not know how many they are.

If a camera captures the puppies in the picture, you do not know how many others are behind the camera, says Lovisa Häggström, game manager at the county administrative board in Sörmland.

She says that the real wolf inventory starts in October.

- The later in the season, the more information we will get.

Then we can start checking the DNA of the wolves.

The inventory of wolves usually lasts throughout the winter and last year at least six wolf pups had been born in the Sörmland area. Something that was described as unusually numerous by the county administrative board.
