07 September 2020There is a detention for the discovery of the charred corpse of Pietro Beccuti, known as Paolo. This is the 23-year-old son. He is accused of killing his 61-year-old father and setting the body on fire in the garden of the villa in Casale Monferrato where he lived.
The young man has confessed and is now in the Vercelli prison.
The investigators coordinating the investigation into the discovery had heard both the victim's wife and child in the Vercelli prosecutor's office.
The unrecognizable body was found in the garden of the villa on the outskirts of Casale Monferrato, in the area between Salita Sant'Anna and Cascina Serniola. Based on the findings made by the forensic scientist in the villa, which was placed under seizure, no signs of forced entry or struggle were found.
