Milwaukee star Giannis Antetokounmpo, already in trouble with his right ankle, sprained himself again there and won't finish the NBA play-off game against Miami, the Bucks have announced.

The verdict fell a few minutes after leaving the field to join the locker room in tears: Antetokounmpo sprained his right ankle and could not finish the match.

The blow is hard for the "Greek Freak" and for his team.

And there is great concern about its downtime.

It all depends on how much his ligaments have been affected ... Quite hard, given the images of his poor reception after a penetrating action in the middle of the second quarter.

At the moment Antetokounmpo let out a cry of pain as he held his ankle which made a severe twist inside.

However, he was able to get up and shoot his free throws, before going for treatment with a low limp.

Last season's MVP had sprained the exact same spot in the previous game against the Heat, but managed to get back on the pitch and play.

That wasn't enough to stop Miami from scoring their third straight win to lead 3-0 in their Eastern Conference semi-final.

This N.4 match is therefore already decisive.

The Bucks have to win to stay alive or else the Heat will go to the final.

They were leading 50-48 at the break.
