This is what is reported in three drafts of a report by the Department of National Security viewed by Politico.
The internal threat of supremacism is considered more serious than the external one.
"Foreign terrorist organizations will continue to take action for attacks at home, but will likely remain limited in their ability to direct such plots next year," all three documents say, Russia "is likely to be the main secret actor of foreign influence and disinformation".

None of the drafts Politico reviewed referred to a threat from Antifa, the left-wing militants that senior Trump administration officials have described as domestic terrorists.
Trump cancels anti-racism courses
Meanwhile, Trump himself has ordered the Office of Management and Budget to cancel federal agencies' anti-racism training courses, calling them "anti-American propaganda".
Omb director Russell Vought, in a letter to executive branch agencies, asks to identify the expense related to any training on "critical race theory", "white privilege" or any other material that suggests that the United States or any race or ethnicity is "inherently racist or evil".
