September 04, 2020Facebook and Twitter censor the American president, this time for Donald Trump's recent invitation to vote twice (once by mail and once in person), to test the electoral system.
A forbidden and therefore illegal practice and for this reason Twitter has placed a warning label on two tweets of the president, while Facebook has announced that it will remove the videos of a recent interview in which Trump launched his suggestion.
This is the most recent intervention by social platforms against the American president and his allies for violating their rules on electoral disinformation, but not the first.
