The Ministry of the Interior has decided to bring four ETA prisoners to prisons in the Basque Country and a fifth to progress to third grade, according to the General Secretariat of Penitentiary Institutions in a statement.

Two of them have blood crimes and are serving sentences for murders.

She entered prison on May 27, 2010 and is serving a 25-year sentence for the crimes of belonging to an armed gang, havoc, attack, murder, arson, and storage of weapons and ammunition.

She was part of the command that attacked the former PSOE leader Eduardo Madina.

The third of the inmates approached is Asier Bengoa López de Armentia, from the Herrera de la Mancha Penitentiary Center to the Daroca prison in Zaragoza.

He entered prison on February 6, 2019 and has a sentence of seven years and six months for the crime of collaboration with an armed gang.

The fourth approached is Faustino Marcos Álvarez, who will also be transferred from Herrera de la Mancha to the Daroca prison in Zaragoza.

He entered prison on February 20, 2010 and has a sentence of 12 years and 14 months for the crimes of collaboration with an armed gang, illegal possession of weapons and forgery of public documents.

In addition, Interior classifies Urko Labeaga García in third grade.

He entered prison on June 5, 1998 and is serving a 25-year sentence for the crimes of belonging to an armed gang and havoc.

Of the list that Interior provides today, this is the only one that affirms that it has expressed its rejection of violence, has recognized and regrets the pain caused and has no civil responsibility.
