Olga Grönvall Lund, founder of this organization, wants to change the world by changing what we eat.

Together with Anna Richert, senior food expert at the WWF, she visited SVT's Morning Studio on Friday.

- Every second, endless tons of food are produced and consumed in an unsustainable way.

So we do not have a second to lose, says Olga Grönvall Lund.

According to Anna Richert, food accounts for about a quarter of the climate impact that comes from our consumption.

- We eat too much meat, and then it's about getting more people to make conscious choices, she says.

Olga Grönvall Lund thinks that this is an issue that needs more attention.

- It is not about getting the perfect consumer, but the active citizen.

We need to get to the system level and get all of us involved.
